The Coal Shed is a steak restaurant with relaxed, elegant surroundings in the heart of Brighton. It is a modern, wooden-floored restaurant with industrial details, using locally sourced meat and fish. But it’s not just a restaurant, the venue is also available for business lunch, product launch, family gathering, Christmas, birthday celebration or wedding breakfast. The Chef’s Library Room, which is our private dining room catering for up to 14 people. Exclusive hire is also available for up to 40 guests.
